Should the package indeed be lost, or in the unfortunate circumstance that it is seized by customs, we kindly request that you provide us with the seizure notification issued by customs. Upon receipt of this documentation, we are committed to reshipping the order at no additional cost to you. Please be aware, this reshipment policy is honored once per order.
